    Hi there,

I noticed a weird thing in my website.
I’ve created a popup with your plugin that appears in the homepage, and it works but:

If I, the admin of the website, try to click on the Website Preview, it’s blank.
If I click on a different page through the WordPress Dashboard > Pages I can correctly see the pages.
If I create a new user for my WordPress Dashboard with a role different from Administrator then also the Website Preview works.

I’ve noticed that if I deactivate this plugin all works also for me (Administrator).

I’ve downloaded the error log but it’s empty…

    Hello @phex

Thank you for getting in touch!

I’m sorry you’re experiencing this kind of trouble on your site. I double-checked the preview on my test website, but I was not able to reproduce the issue. I’m afraid it is isolated on your site.

Sometimes, cache systems such as cache plugins, server cache, or CDN can conflict on the page’s latest frontend. Do you happen to have those cache systems active on your site? If yes, could you kindly resave the popup and clear the site’s cache before previewing the popup. In this way, it will generate a new cache file with the saved settings of the site.

    I hope this helps.

Let us know how it goes on your end. Should you need further assistance with this matter, kindly send us a message at https://wppopupmaker.com/support and the URL to check the popup. Thank you!
