Hi there! I have the following error on our website and cannot seem to clear it.

Here’s what we’ve done (and hasn’t worked)

• Disabled all caching plugins
• Tried to recreate the cache
• The error logs are error free
• Site health is healthy
• We reset file permissions to writable (755)
• There are no PUM folders in our FTP (it is not writing)
• We tested to see if the cache files were accessible, they returned a 404 error.
• We contacted our hosting provider and they looked over everything. The told us to contact you!
