Popup lightbox in pro option plays same video even when clicking another video

    Hi EmbedPlus Support Team,

    Thank you for the plugin — we are currently using the latest version of the EmbedPlus Pro plugin.

    Unfortunately, the Priority Support link appears to have an issue and throws an exception, so I’m reaching out through this page instead. If there is a support email address, that will be helpful also.

    We are experiencing an issue with the popup lightbox feature:

    • Popup lightbox is enabled
    • Clicking a video thumbnail opens the popup and starts playback correctly
    • If we close the popup before the video finishes, then click on a different video thumbnail,
    • The popup reopens but plays the first video again from the beginning, instead of loading the newly selected video

    This behavior is consistent and reproducible on our site.

    Could you please suggest a fix or workaround?

    We have changed to default display type instead of pop-up. That works fine. In case you are able to fix the pop-up, that will be nice.
