Popup issues?

When I add this shortcode inside a popup, it doesn’t load. It just shows the wheel for forever. Even if I just add this shortcode to a page and then insert that page into a popup, the same thing happens.

Is there something that isn’t working properly because it’s inside a popup? I’m using Popup Maker by the way, a fairly reliable popup plugin.
