 * I have some problems with the popup opening on my site. I’ve created the popup
   but it’s not showing up on my site.

 * We have had a lot of requests in our service recently, and our server couldn’t
   handle the amount.
    But we’re working on the improvement of this situation, so
   we can manage the traffic properly. Sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you
   for understanding!
