Popup is showing up faulty | WordPress.org

Once the popup is published it does not show up as shown in the preview. It shows up as shapes. I have included a picture. How do I fix this? Thank you so much for any assistance!

That is the page the popup is published to. Is there a reason why it wouldn’t be showing up? Are you going to this page:

Just checked the page again. The popup is loading now. But I see the issue you mentioned in your post. This issue happens when you minify your css and load it in the footer through your WP Rocket plugin. Try disabling any css optimization options in WP Rocket and see if it works.
