PopUp/Hotspot not opening on first click

    Hi folks,

    in 5 of 10 cases I need to refresh my site where the tour is embedded before i can click a Hotspot and my popup opens. This behavior is really strange/annoying because i can’t figure out why.
    It happens on mobile / desktop and on different browsers as well.

    Is this a Bug?

    Undoubtedly, this is not normal.

    please notice that there isn’t much content yet. (not every Hotspot is filled with content)
    You could try to reproduce this behaviour by clicking on the Hotspot “VistaSoft” on this link:

    Hi @maxzwerck ,

    Sorry for the late reply since it was our weekend.

    I just had a look at your tours and tried to open the hotspot content as you described, but nothing appeared after several attempts.

    Now, I just found that you’re using the pro version of the plugin.

    Since you’re a pro user, can you please contact us on our website and open a ticket there?

    We’ll need to have a better look at your issue.
