Popup forms failing to trigger file download

    Hi

    The popups on our site no longer trigger file downloads upon click but now redirects to a error 404 “We’re sorry but that page could not be found.”

    The popup plugin is updated and relevant shortcodes have been put in the respective forms so any help would be very much appreciated on what has gone wrong with the plugin or whether there are settings i need to change to enable the files to download upon click.

    Not sure what you mean. Can you show me the error or elaborate a bit more on how you using it?
