I followed your instructions to add a popup upon completion of a ninja form. However, it launches immediately when the form page is loaded. the trigger is the time/delay Auto Open. the cookie is set for the trigger. It simply obeys the delay rather than the actual ninja form success.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I’ve set the delay to 300,000 ms (5 minutes), but evidently the trigger is only obeying the time delay and not the form submission.

@pgilpat – Sorry for the delay.

Not sure what directions you read, but they shouldn’t say anything about adding a time delay trigger. That is doing exactly what its supposed to.

You need to add an extra action to your form settings to open a popup and there you can choose which popup.

Hope that helps. If your issue is resolved please take a moment to rate and review the plugin or support.
