popup doesn’t close after conversion

    Hi,
    I created a popup with an embedded gravity form for users to contact me, but after the form is submitted and the page reloads the popup still comes back even after setting the conversion cookie, the closing cookie works fine, although I also noticed after submitting the form that it still hangs around sort of, if I try to reload the page it asks if I want to resubmit the form.

    Hi.
    You need enable the ajax mode in your Gravity Form plugin, so the popup plugin will create the convert cookie.

    Hi @gonzalesc this is the shortcode I use to link the form, ajax is set to true but it still doesn’t work

    Hi,
    When I put a email and click in send, it refresh all the page.

    Do you test the form in a normal page?

    thanks it works now, had it redirect to another that’s why it reloaded
