Popup does not appear

    I created a popup this morning, but it won’t appear on the site. I tried changing all of the settings – including setting it to appear on every page and for every person who enters the site (no “Refer from domain” restrictions). It did not help.

    I have reactivated the pop-up with the restrictions. It’s intended to show up on this page only: http://autolablibertyville.com/auto-repair/choosing-quality-trustworthy-auto-repair-shop/ and only when a visitor comes from facebook.com.

    I have screen shots of my settings but don’t see a way to upload them here.

    Also, I’ve seen you recommend that other users having the same problem turn off all active plug-ins and reset the site to default wordpress theme. I cannot do that. This is a live site for a client. I have to resolve this without disrupting the site.

    Hello asemler33,

    I can see couple of JS errors on that page. 

    Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(...).on is not a function
jquery.min.js:16 
a7cb73fb5812233b1b78df1d73ff9f07.js:5 Uncaught TypeError: r.on is not a function

    If you are using plugin with minification please disable minification and check again.

    Try also in Loading Method “Page footer” instead of Ajax (your second screenshot)

    HI, Kasia,

    We have at least one plugin with minification. I disabled it and any others that looked like they might have minification. Also tried it with “pager footer” and Ajax loading methods. No difference. Still can’t see the popup.

    Hello Angi,

    That could be browser cache on your side, because now I’m checking that page and I can see popup

    Try clearing browser cache or try different browser.
