Popup divs not displaying outside of home page

    I am having some problems with wordpress displaying a popup hidden div on my site.

    I have a contact form in a div id=”contactform”. Then a link href=”#contactform” rel=”my lightboxy concoction”.

    This works GREAT on the home page but when I go to another page like /business and try it….No window comes up and the URL goes to /business/#contactform.

    How do I can I fix this?

    Also it’s important to note that my home page is static. Is there a way to make all pages static?

    Its acting as if the Javascript is not loading on the other pages. But the code is the same as the home page and there are no console errors.
