Thanks, it disappeared for me, which is strange, because it was working fine a few days ago.
Anyway, the top margin seems to be the problem, if set to Auto the popup disappears (it probably doesn’t it’s just in a place we can’t see it.)
Setting the top margin to 200px seems to be the sweat spot for me.(27” monitor)

It seems that the Automatic top margin, is not working with the new version.
I just disable it.
Maybe we found the problem. W3 Total Cache minify the js code so it damage our script.
We set the the “YUI Compressor” instead of “JSMin”.
Please try to do the same thing on your main site and send us a feedback.
