Hmm No i can’t click on a url in the pop up either.
Pop up shows on hover and as soon as you move away to the url, one loses the hover.
Maybe where ever you saw it, someone had used different css?

Best is if the events are stored in wordpress (or have their own url) and one can click through to the event and then on any urls in the event description.

Where it works (URL in popup is clickable) is in a touch interface. On an iPhone or an iPad the hover stays displayed and the URL is clickable. On a PC with a touchscreen it also works.

To correct this issue for people using a mouse, can the hover be made to appear such that it appears with the cursor inside of its border? That way the popup won’t automatically close because the cursor moving to the URL and clicking on the URL link is within its borders.

It is not an option to have the event stored inside WordPress as these are from an ICS feed and don’t originate in WordPress.

    Thank you

Hi, I don’t have time for the next month and a half to look into things such as this. If you work out some css that works, I’d be happy to test it and include it in the next update.

If you don’t have the skills yourself, then the folks at http://wpquestions.com/ might be able to help. You can ask them to look at the html generated here
http://test.icalevents.com/large-box-calendar/largecalendar/ and described what you want to have happen and see if they have any suggestion (preferably a css only solution as they are more robust)
