 * Hi there. I need help regarding the settings of Popup. I have used Jetpack Subscription
   shortcode. I am using a 30 seconds delay at the moment. Now I want to set the
   cookie so that the popup should also not open again for a user that has already
   submitted the form.

 * I’m not sure this is currently possible. Last I checked JetPack forms didn’t 
   support the functionality we needed to make it happen. I am happy to take another
   look though.
