Popup Closes After Submitting Form

    Greetings,

    I´ve integrated the plugin with a contact form (WPForms). If I submit the form, the whole popup closes.

    Do you have any idea, how to leave the popup open (just to get the confirmation, that the message was sent)?

    Hi!

    This behavior is not coded in the Popup plugin, perhaps WPForms is detecting that it’s inside a popup window and is closing it automatically?
    Could you please share the URL of your page with the popup so we could see it?

    Hi!

    The popup is not closing, but rather after you submit the form, the page is reloading.
    I’m not familiar with the plugin however I’m guessing it has support for Ajax, if you turn that on it can send the form without reloading the page. Please contact the plugin’s support and ask them about how to turn on Ajax.

    Great – but within WPforms AJAX is enabled by default. Just switched to Gravity Forms…now it works.
