Uncheck the “Delete popup data” in the Settings section of your current Popup Builder plugin.
Replace it with this new version we provided.
This fix will be included in our upcoming updates.

For unknown reasons, I did not receive a copy of the message above. I checked back today to check on a fix after doing a website update and seeing the same problem reported above. I note that a response was posted 8 days ago. Thank you.
I clicked on the download link and it said the transfer file had been deleted. I’m not sure why unless the plugin update has been released. However if released, I am still having the problem. The currently installed version is 3.59.

The link has expired, you didn’t manage to download it on time.
But no worries, please, try to change your shortcodes this way:
[sg_popup id=“1” event=“click” wrap=“a”]click me[/sg_popup]
Please, don’t forget to use your popup IDs in the shortcode.
I tried the change on all three popups and there was no change in behavior. The underlying page immediately scrolls to the top upon clicking the button.
There are three popups in the middle of this page. The top 2 are original, the 3rd has your changes.

I just installed the update to 3.60. All popups continue to scroll to top of underlying page upon opening the popup. That includes the popup with the modified shortcode.
I see 3.60 was re-released with more fixes. I tested the popups and they are now working properly. Thank you.
