    Hi,
I had created the Popup Builder for the use of my customers who were not logged in as admin but as editors, now it no longer works.

As an admin I can still use the Popup Builder as normal, but if the user is only logged in as an editor, it no longer works.

    How can I change this?

    Thanks
    Best regard Morph

  • Dear @morph-1050 ,

    Thanks for getting in touch.
May we ask you to clarify a bit if the popup will not show for the user who has the Editor Role?
Or else, the Popup Builder plugin is not visible for the user with the Editor Role?
Please, give us some details, so we can investigate further.

    With pleasure.
I logged in once with the customer login and it is as the customer says. There is no longer a “Popup Builder” button in your bar on the left of the dashboard, where “Posts, media, pages, …” are displayed.
When I set this up for the customer, it worked. Maybe it’s one of the last plugin updates?

    Thank you for your effort

    Hello @morph-1050,
We have improved the role management who can use the plugin. By default, it will be visible for website admin. And as an admin, you can select user roles who can see the plugin like this https://prnt.sc/z3sepm

    Hope that was helpful.
