Popup appears at bottom of page

Hi!
I just updated WPPA and now, if I view a group of photo thumbnails and roll over them with my mouse, the popup appears down at the bottom of the page, instead of where the thumbnail is — if that makes sense. If the page content is enough to generate scrollbars then you can’t even tell there is a popup because you have to scroll to the bottom of the page to see it.

Any idea what might be happening and how I can fix?
