Popup appears 1 time even if Closing and Conversion Cookie are both set to 0

    Hi,

    Closing and Conversion Cookie are both set to 0 and there’s only one condition for the pop up which is a category for posts. The pop up appears correctly on the correct post, but it just appears one time. If I refreshed or entered another post under the same category, it doesn’t appear again.

    Hi Ranbos, did you tried clearing the cookies? Maybe the cookie was set before you changed the settings to 0. Is that possible?

    Hi Damian,

    Thanks for getting back to me and I am sorry for my late reply.

    I tried opening a new incognito window to avoid any cookies, and I get it appear only once also in that circumstance.
