I’ve tested this on my sandbox site and everything seems to be working fine. Can you please check if there are any errors in the browser console (dev tools, you can find more info how to check that in Chrome https://developers.google.com/web/tools/chrome-devtools/console/) when you’re saving changes.
Also what you could do is test for conflicts, to do that you’ll have to temporarily deactivate all other plugins aside from Hustle and switch to one of the default WP themes, if changes are being saved properly with everything deactivated you can activate them one by one or in batches to find which one is conflicting.

Hi Bojan,
No error in the console.
If I choose “Add ‘Never see this message again’ link”, it works (the popup never come-back). But I don’t want with this additionnal link, I just want only one display, like it was.
I will try to deactivate the others but I have a lot 🙁

If this is a production site and you don’t want to do the testing on live site perhaps you can create a staging site on the same server and do the testing there?
