 * Hello,
 * Because of out shipping partner we need to blank out our Postal Code in the checkout
   when one country is selected.
 * Example:
    If a customer selects Republic of Ireland as country Can I then populate
   the field (Post Code) automatically as ROI
 * What code would I need to change? in the functions.php
