Popular Posts with Thumbnail

I found an easy way to get thumbnails with recent posts but now need to find out how to do it for popular posts.

Can’t find any documentation or tutorials anywhere.

You can see it in action on speckyboy.com down the bottom.

Anyone know how to do it?
