I wasn’t comfortable editing PHP….until now. 😉
Edited “http://stats.wordpress.com/csv.php” and it worked. Thx!
I have an update! We narrowed down the issue and we believe we have the problem fixed on our end.
Give things a few hours to repopulate, but then you should see the widget displaying your top posts and pages properly. Please get back in touch if you still see problems after a few hours.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks for your patience!
So, should we edit “http://stats.wordpress.com/csv.php” again back to https?
@gorbyoz You can, or you can leave it as it is. Both URLs will work, and your change will be overwritten next time you update Jetpack.
That’s up to you!
They are back, but the previously all square thumbnails are now all of different dimensions – some landscape, some portrait sized, and all look even tinier than they were before!
@webbeetle Could you please start your own thread, as per the Forum Welcome?

It would help if you could let me know your site URL there, so I can take a closer look at the problem you’re describing.
If you want your site URL to remain private, you can also contact us via this contact form:

Thank you!
Hi Jeremy,
I’m having the same issue with thumbnails being shrunk instead of cropped — bayview-news.com (We have the widget in sidebar and footer)
I started a new thread but posted by accident in wrong forum…didn’t know how to move it: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/top-posts-widget-jetpack-image-cropping/
@sue_b I replied in the other thread!
Hello, I’m having problems with the side option ‘ALL POST’ and ‘All PAGES’, it is giving me a Fatal error, so basically I can not work.
Someone can help me?
thanks
Hello,
In my case the popular posts section haven’t been updated for so long and showing always same posts and not the most popular ones. How can I solve it?
Thanks!
