    Hi @mushlih

At the moment, our trending posts extension displays the most popular blog posts or most popular products on your website at the bottom of page, above the footer. You can enable it and then customise it further inside the Customiser -> Extensions -> Trending Posts.

We are also currently beta testing our new 1.8 update which will add even more customisation options to this extension, so keep an eye out for Blocksy 1.8 🙂

    Hope this answers your question

    Thanks

Also, if you’re referring to the Posts Widget, you can enable the extension from the Blocksy dashboard.

With the posts widget, you can show posts sorted and filtered by your choices. We offer different design options, different sorting options such as most commented, most recent, the ability to filter the categories that the widget is pulling data from.

You can add this widget to any sidebar or footer widget area you might wish and it can be configured inside the Dashboard -> Appearance -> Widgets. Just drag it to the area you might wish and that’s it.

    Hope this clears it up.

    Thanks

Sorry, I don’t see that option on customise.
    Why?

How do I change the place? Can I customize it using elementor?
And how do I change the string “Trending now”?
    Thank you

    Hello @mushlih,
    1. The placement of the Trending extension could be changed only in the pro version.
    2. You can’t customize this module with Elementor.
    3. You can change the “Trending now” string with the help of Loco Translate plugin.

But, if you want to display your popular posts inside the sidebar, you can use the Posts custom widget that comes from the Blocksy Companion plugin, please see this video – https://d.pr/v/cjwctP

    Hope this helps 🙂

Will you be able to include this feature in a future update?

I don’t see the post order according to trending? Only based on the most comments.
Can I not sort by trending posts?

    Sorry, I have 1 more question @creativethemeshq
What queries does your plugin run to display popular posts?
    Thank you

    Hey @mushlih,
Do you mean by what criteria the popular posts are outputted?

What I mean is, to bring up a list of popular posts on my site, your plugin will list them and run a search query, right?
Just like when I want to search for “How to install WordPress” on google, then isn’t the phrase “How to install WordPress” a search query?
Likewise, when your plugin wants to display popular posts on a site, it will search (automatically) which posts are popular using a search query, isn’t it?
If so, what search query does your plugin use to find/list/display popular posts on a site?
