Hi,
1. The popup opens directly with the page. The page exists in english and french. Everytime, the popup works well on the last language I saved it. But it doesn’t work well with both languages.
2. It should appears with the background dark transparent and the exit button should be on top right corner red cross on white circle
3. One of the popup shows great while the other one shows like another theme.I use wpml / Divi 4

That said your popup appears to work and look the same on both languages currently.
We have found though that due to the way WPML filters queries, post IDs etc using targeting conditions for your popups that target those things (page selected, page by ID etc) is not reliable unfortunately at this time. It is something we are looking to get worked out, but infinitely complex requiring mapping their 1:N connection between page & translations, to our 1:N connection between popups and targeted content types.
This has to be done in a semi-efficient way which hasn’t been worked out thus far.
You could try using the Page by ID conditions and simply entering the untranslated page ID & the ID of the translated copy, not sure how you get that ID exactly, but it could work in the mean time.
