Pop ups keep coming

Hi,
I did install this plugin on my test server and it would be very usefull for me except for two issues that i cannot solve yet.

1. I’ve set the form to popup after 5 seconds and indeed it does. However when a visitor does not like te subscribe (click away from the popup) or has already subscribed the next time he visits the website he again gets the popup. That’s rather annoying. Is it possible to change this behaviour?
Is it possible to set a cookie for a certain period of time so the visitor is not again prompted for subscribing. It would be even better that someone who subscribed gets a cookie set for a very long time.

2. I do not see a possibility to delete subscribers from the list.

Any help would be appreciated.
