When I’m logged in as the admin

I can go to the page and popo up shows

when I use another computer to check how it works
pop up doesn’t appear

What could be the problem?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

You probably have test mode turned on which only works for admins.
As use if the closing or conversion cookie is set it won’t display again.

Check https://wppopups.com/docs/how-to-configure-popup-closing-and-cookies/

Change cookie names to reset them and you should be able to see popup again.

For other there’s no popup even under admin

What to do?
