Pop-up works in preview, but not other pages

    Hi there,

    Great plugin, have been using it for a while now.

    I tried to install it on a new website. The pop-up is showing in the preview, but not on the live site. I tried the different settings like ajax, debug etc. Also the rule is defined for all pages. I don’t think it’s because of another plugin I’m using, as it does work on the preview page.

    Do you have any clue what it might be? My site is taoofsophia.com

    Hi Sophia,

    As good as I can be considering that weekend is over 😉

    I had a look at your site and can see that in console there are 3 errors shown, two are for fonts and that shouldn’t be causing such issues, but the third one might be the cause here as it can break other scripts from working.

    This one is most likely related to instagram access token.
    Do you have any instagram options in the theme you’re using?
    If you do and you’re not using it see if there’s an option to disable it, or if you are using it make sure you’re using correct access token.

    Let me know if you were able to do that so I could check your site for errors again.
