Pop up to show post/page heading and body content?

Have had a good search but can’t find a plugin that does what I need.

In short, I would like the user to be able to click a hyperlink (in a widget in my right sidebar) that will overlay/popup a window with the contents of a specified post/page – either by ID or direct hyperlink.

See my current site (that I’m attempting to convert to WP and click Main Hotel to see the effect I’m after.

Have looked at Thickbox but not sure whether I can specify the post/page for the content.
