Pop Up Slide-In Not Showing Up On Website

    I’ve installed the hustle plugin Version 6.0.1, on WordPress 4.9.2 and created a slide-in, and when I go to my website to view it, it doesn’t show up. I put it to show up after 5 second of user being on site, but it doesn’t show up. I’ve played around with all of the settings and nothing seems to work. Even the embed doesn’t show up, nor the pop up.

    Hope all is well!

    I’ve loaded your site and the Hustle code is not loading. Please, make sure a slide-in is set to Live as it is shown in the screenshot below:

    If opt-in still not showing, please enable slide in on a test page and share a link to this age with us so we could have a closer look at the issue.

    Hello, it wasn’t loading because I had to remove it because it wasn’t loading for me either. I’ve re-added Hustle slide-in and it is set to live, but the slide-in doesn’t appear at all. I’ve also tried the pop up function and that doesn’t work either, but I’m more interested in the slide-in function. please help.

    Hey @amirkay,

    Hope you’re well.

    I can see a Javascript error on browser console about Hustle. I can’t replicate the problem, so it can be because of conflict. Can you try plugin/theme conflict test? You need to deactivate every plugin and try only with Hustle, if it works try activating other plugins one by one until replicate the problem. If not works please try changing the theme to Twenty Seventeen too.

    If there is any conflict please let me know that. And I want to recommend try this on staging site or after taking a full backup of your site.
