Pop Up show on screens bigger than FullHD?

Hello there!

Using the Pro Version of Elementor.
I am building a website that is optimized for 1920px and lower (as standard), I’d want larger screen to switch to another subpage. Because of heavy content and WP Memory limit, I’d like people with larger screens to go to another page.

Any chance I could make a pop Up that only shows on screen resolutions higher / bigger than 1920px width, that says “Click to get to the U-HD version”?
How can I adress the PopUp only to show on 1921+px width?
Tried “display: none” with a CSS class to the popup and @media max-width 1920, but it still showed up on any screen size.

Long story short: How to make a pop up only appear on screen larger than 1920px width?
