# Pop-up rules

 * Pop up shows for the user even AFTER the user dismisses it. Is there a setting
   that can remember if the user either a) subscribes or b) dismisses the pop up?

    In the case of the Subscription popup, we have an
   option to ”Hide the popup for already subscribed users”: [https://prnt.sc/1qgmdx1](https://prnt.sc/1qgmdx1)
 * Please, make sure you have the option turned on.
