Pop Up Registration Form

    Hi there

    I am looking for 2 things & really appreciate some help:

    1) A pop up registration form that appears after a new user visits the site and it pops up maybe on their exit or 10 seconds after they are on the site and does not appear again after they have registered – it does not keep annoying them every time they visit – a bit like Groupon has and Wowcher has

    2) I run a local Discount/Offer site and want to email all my registered users all the latest Offer Listings I have at the same time once a week. I do not want t manually list these listings myself on an email every week (hard work!) but want WordPress to pick up all the Listings and put them nicely on an email Newsletter for me – anyone know the best Plugin to buy?
    Would rather buy and get a good one.
