Pop Up Opening on Every Page

Hi. I’ve set up a pop up and it works great. I set it to everywhere as I’d like it to show whatever page a person lands on. But now it opens on every page (so Home, About, Contact – it re-opens each time). How do I change it (or what custom CSS can I add) so that it shows on any page but only once?

And also, how would I set it so it only re-shows after 5 days?
