Pop Up Not Working on IE and Edge

    I am using the free version of WordPressPopUp and it works perfectly in Chrome, but not in any of the other browsers I have (Firefox, Edge, IE 11).

    I have a redirect set up on a client site to go to my company’s site after 5 seconds.

    Then on my company’s site, I have the popup plugin set up to display from a specific referrer (I have listed every page from the client site that is being redirected, and all popular search engines).

    So, I go to the client site, after 5 seconds it gets redirected to my company’s site and the popup displays on my site. It is working on Chrome, but not on the other browsers.

    I read other solutions to the plugin not working on certain browsers – I have checked the console on the other browsers for errors, but there are none. Everything on my site is up to date.
