Pop Up Not working

Hi! Temporarily, I disabled the merge javascript option for the pop up to show. But the page insight scores are low. Can You help me find what script should I exclude from merging? So I can enable the merge javascript and the score will improve? I actually tried to exclude the following scripts:

modal.min.js
cp-helper.js
cp-widgets.js
cp-module-main.js

The pop ups are working in chrome but not working in mozilla.

Is the js file I excluded correct? If not, can you help me locate which is the correct one?
