pop up not working

    Hello!
    My screenshot shows the issue – this is the second site I am using with your plugin and loving it. I suspect the theme is not helping here but I was wondering if there was a plugin or code you aware of that would make the pop up show and not go behind the copy. I hope this makes sense.

    Hi – first let’s check if it is the theme – can you switch to a standard WordPress theme like TwentySeventeen and see what happens?

    Thanks – if it works on a different theme, do you possibly have code to ensure the pop up works on my theme?

    It will depend on what the problem is. Let’s try and find that out first.

    Let me know what switching themes does. Also just try to deactivate and reactivate the plugin and refresh your cache.

    Hi, the problem has been identified to be the theme, they not playing nicely with each other in this regard. Do you have any code I could use to push the pop up in front of the page, rather than the reverse happening?

    Hi

    Sorry but we don’t have a solution I can send at the moment – it’s not an issue we have ever had before so we don’t have anything prepared to resolve the issue. Can I suggest quickly checking with the theme company if they have other issues with pop ups – they might be able to resolve this straight away?

    Ah thanks, I did try this but to no avail. They suggested using a developer which was a bit disappointing as I purchased the theme for this exact purpose.
