Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. On checking further, the issue seems to be that the value set for “After the amount of page scroll” was empty on your popup.

Just add a value of 10 or 20 etc according to your need and the popup should show up.

I did what you advised me to do. Now the popup appears in some posts and doesn’t appear in others. I can’t find the reason for that.
For example:

I was able to see the PopUp on Chrome and Firefox on all reported pages.
Could you please try to flush the browser caches, any caching plugin and check if the issue is gone?
