The issue is that on load popups do not work with ajax. When the URL of the page remains same while loading the page the popup is not working.
In this case, we would advise you to create on click popups, which will be fine with ajax.
Please note that you can create an onclick popups using Shortcodes and CSS Classes.

Hi, I tried everything possible. still would not load on ajax.
When I load the page from the browser tab and click on the text with CSS, it works well. but let’s say I access another page from the current page which loads on ajax and click on the same text with a popup CSS code, the pop-up does not appear; but if I refresh the page and click, it appears.
This, therefore, means: regardless of the events be it page load, on click, or on hover, the popup won’t appear if the page is not loaded in a browser tab(without ajax). It’s annoying… given that I am buying your extensions already
Please i want to load my popup on click if the current page was loaded on ajax. thanks

Ok, go to https://gospelcm.com/
When it’s loaded, click on “Full Play” at the header, and you will see the pop-up (this is because you loaded the URL manually.
Then while on the URL above, click on “Listen Now” and it will load a new page in ajax, then click again on “Full Play” at the header, and you will notice the pop-up did not appear.
My Goal: I want the pop up to display on click after the page was loaded with ajax. Thanks
Note: I have tried the following events to no avail.
On Click with class
On hover with class
And addedthe pop up to the menu item “Full Play” all events load the pup up when page is loaded manually…
