pop-up maker breaks desktop and mobile phone

    desk top and mobile – enabled popup-maker causes the website to
    break when menu item is clicked.
    Dialog box opens and asks
    “do you want to leave site or cancel?”
    you cancel and the pop-up comes back….
    Help please

    Thanks for reaching out!

    We just checked the website and saw how the popup works.

    In case you want to show popup only, when someone tries to leave the website, please use the Soft mode like it is mentioned in this screenshot:

    Once you change the Full mode into the Soft one, your problem will be solved.
