    Since we installed our ssl certificate the video player isn’t working anymore.
   I’ve seen a couple topics about this, but I didn’t see clear directions on how
   to fix. Can you please help? Thank you!

 * Hi, what short code are you currently using? Also, have you tried the plugin 
   conflict test by simply disabling all of your other plugins except this one and
   carrying out a test?

 * Hi, I checked your URL link above and I can see two identical images displayed.
   Is that correct? The first one opens up to a blank pop up. The second one opens
   up correctly.
