    HotSpot Image and video pop-up windows won’t close. Latest version of WP and WPVR. Same Symptom with AutoOptimize activated or deactivated. Word Press SSL active in both selection field settings. Works OK in Edit Tour Preview but won’t work correctly in browser (Chrome nor Edge) run time.

    Hi, thanks for reaching out to us.

    I believe you are using an automatic svg converter plugin. This is causing some of the plugin icons to be unresponsive. That is why the “X” button doesn’t work.

    Try deactivating the plugin, that you are using for svg conversion, for a few minutes and check if the issue is fixed on the tour. If it fixes the issue, then you need to exclude WPVR from automatic svg conversion through that plugin.

    The conflict is with the Ghost Guttenberg Blocks plug-in from Nk. Ghost allows turning off and on other Guttenberg Block Plug-ins only. Unable to exclude WPVR in it’s UI parameters. However, in the settings section of Ghost it has a binary user controlled switch to invoke what they called “FontAwesome” icons which I suspect may use .svg or at least when I move the slider to the off position the conflict between Ghost and WPVR is cleared and I am able to close down both my Hotspot Video and Image windows. Thanks a bundle! for heading me in the right direction. Not sure what that means for future full functionality compatibility between the two plug-ins but, it sure solved the problem I was having. Much appreciated!!!
