Every time i update the plugin, in fact, the CSS gets affected and the pop up alignment get skewed. So now i am left not updating the plugin just to avoid this problem.

How can i fix this problem so that i every time i make an update, i don’t have to have the CSS completely rewritten?

    Hello @akindarji,

    I trust you’re doing well!

I’m afraid I can’t replicate this issue. Please let us know are you using any custom CSS on the plugin’s CSS editore? If this CSS will be moved to Appearance > Customizer > Additional CSS, will the issue still persist?

Would you please try updating the plugin on your staging site and having all the other plugins deactivated to make sure there is no conflict with another plugin?

If the plugin will be updated manually, via FTP, is the same issue will persist?

    Please advise,

    Kind regards,
    Nastia

    Hi Nastia,

There is custom CSS in Appearance of the plugin’s editor and very minimal CSS in the stylesheet.

Should all the CSS be in one file? If so, where should it live?

    Hello @akindarji,

    I hope you’re doing well!

The CSS code in both locations should work well. There might be going something wrong during an update or a conflict with the theme that can affect the CSS code added inside the plugin.

Please try moving the CSS code to Appearance > Customizer > Additional CSS and updating the plugin to see if all will go well.

If the appearance will change again, please share with us a link to the production site and to the staging where the plugin is updated to we could compare both.

Please also share with us the CSS code that is used on your site.

    Kind regards,
    Nastia
