Pop up doesnt show on safari

    HI ! Ive set up a pop up to show up only on mobile devices after scrolling 20% but it doesn’t work.. I’m on safari from an iphone 5S

    Any help please ?

    Hope you’re doing well!

    I’ve visited your site and a pop-up is showing up in a desktop view and not in mobile view. Would you please make sure Only on mobile devices condition is enabled.

    I’ve seen your screenshot, thats exactly what I did but I still can’t see anything on mobile..

    Hope you’re doing good! 🙂

    I tested this setting using a default theme like TwentyNineteen and no other plugin and it is working well.
    Can you please try to purge any caching that you use and give this another try? Also try another browser in incognito mode.

    After deleting the cache it’s working well !
