I want to show a popup with a button click, but I don’t know how to use it, so please let me know.
I have looked for documentation on the website but could not find any.

    Hi @takerumaeda,

When editing the popup, in the right sidebar under popup settings section, define the trigger that will open the popup. There, select Mouse action, then select Click, which is the default option, and type the CSS selector of the button that will open the popup when clicking on it.

Try that and let me know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.

I’m still trying to figure out how to use it, but do I need to set up some kind of link for the trigger that opens the modal?

    Hi @takerumaeda,

With Nelio Popups v1.0.15 now you can select a button in the block editor and a new section will appear in the right sidebar called “Popup controls” where you can select the popup that you want to open when clicking on the button.

With this new shortcut, you don’t need to define any trigger on the popup settings.

    Excellent! Thank you.
I am mainly using Generateblocks, is it possible to integrate it with code writing?

Once I close the popup and refresh the page, the popup appears on its own without clicking on it, is this a bug?

Hi @takerumaeda. In order to provide better support, we would need to know what are the settings of your popup. Please send us some screenshots of the settings to support@neliosoftware.com.

After checking the screenshots provided by @takerumaeda, we found a bug and fixed it. The fix will be publicly available in next release v1.0.16.
