Pop-up Comments

Hi, I upgraded from b2 and the transition was extremely smooth 🙂
But for the life of me I can’t figure out how to get the comment form to popup again instead of embeding itself on the page. Is it still possible for popup comments or not??? And if so, how I activate them?
