The pop up is closing on its own after the conversion, even with the option to close after the conversion marked “no”.

I filled the form and it redirected me to another page.
I could see that it did the conversion:

Hi @dauglis,
It seems to be a bug when the form is not send via ajax. It should open again when the page refresh but is not, I just double checked.
In the mean time you could try changing wpforms to ajax mode. Check this guide https://wpforms.com/wordpress-ajax-contact-form/

Does this have to do with these cookie settings? I need the pop-up not to close to display a message from the form.
