# Pop Up Appears, Video Doesn’t over HTTPS

 * I cannot get videos to appear, I get the following warning in the DOM inspector:
 * jquery.prettyPhoto.min.js?ver=4.12.1:1 Mixed Content: The page at ‘[https://biocutsystems.com/products/bioformat-presses/sterilcut-15t/&#8217](https://biocutsystems.com/products/bioformat-presses/sterilcut-15t/&#8217);
   was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure resource ‘[http://www.youtube.com/embed/kkGSKNvw5X8?rel=1&autoplay=1&#8217](http://www.youtube.com/embed/kkGSKNvw5X8?rel=1&autoplay=1&#8217);.
   This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.
 * I thought this plugin was compatible with HTTPS, please advise.

 * Hi, if you look at your error message above it says that it is playing an insecure
   resource **[http://www.youtube.com/embed/kkGSKNvw5X8?rel=1&autoplay=1]**
    That
   means that you have probably entered either a URL with http:// which is not secured
   or some of your website content and or URL’s are not configured correctly in 
   regards to your SSL certificate.

   jquery.prettyPhoto.min.js” link you will see that this script is causing the 
   YouTube video to load over http.

 * Please disable it on your site so video lightbox plugin can function properly.
