 * Very sorry to hear you’ve had a negative experience with our plugin. While we
   certainly strive to build good, well-tested software – the unfortunate reality
   is that no software is bug-free. But to your point – we’d love to see fewer bugs
   and areas of difficulty improved.
 * If you have any actionable feedback for us in those departments, we’d love to
   hear it.
